A relaxing massage is a great way to relieve tension of daily stress. 

Taking time to Rejuvenate and relax your mind not only feels good, but it is an excellent source of therapy for your health and well being. Massage not only gives a sense of calming and renewing, but it is also said to pose some healing properties to the mind and body.

For softening bath water, massage oils can also be used as bath oils. For moisturizing the skin and gently scenting the body,they are great for use as an all over body or perfume oil.

• If you are stressed, add oil to bath water and relax and then follow with a full body massage including neck and face.
• For mental exhaustion, massage your forehead, temples, and scalp.
• If you have trouble relaxing or going to sleep, essential oil added to a handkerchief and placed in your pillow case is recommended.
• For nasal congestion or pressure around the nose, a gentle facial massage or steam inhalation.
• For sore throat, give a neck massage or apply a warm compress with oil applied to the neck.
• For coughs and colds, add oil to bath and/or steam inhalation.
• For heartburn or flatulence, give gentle circular strokes over the stomach and a back massage ending with long strokes.
• For constipation or bloating, apply rhythmic strokes over the stomach and a gentle foot massage.
• For headaches gently massage the temples, forehead and base of the skull. For muscle aches apply rhythmic strokes to help with circulation.
